Glen has founded, built and exited several technology start-ups since starting his first business in 1989. His career has enabled him to provide solutions for Fortune 500 firms in the private sector and to the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community and dozens of Federal Agencies. Glen also serves on the Board of multiple companies including CauseNetwork, which he helped found. an online fundraising and advertising solution that support over 500 non-profits nationally.

Alan Wade

Board Chairman, Principal and Co-founder

In addition to Chairing the Board at Onclave, Alan is a Board Director of Aerospace Corporation, Professional Project Services, and Assyst Inc. and is a member of the advisory board of multiple technology companies. Alan’s public-sector career included serving as CIO for the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and CIO at the CIA and was awarded the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, the Director’s Medal, and the Distinguished Intelligence Medal.

Gary Winkler

Board Director, Principal and Co-founder

Gary founded American Cyber in 2011 to support the Department of Defense in their fight to protect our national security. His Federal service included ACAT IAM Program Manager, multiple SES positions at HQDA CIO/G-6 and ASA(ALT) and Program Executive Officer for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) for the Army where he received Presidential Rank Awards including: Sec. of the Army’s Exceptional Civilian Service award, Defense Exec. of the Year, 2010, and Federal Computer Week’s “FED 100” Award.

John Dwyier

Secretary, Principle and Co-founder

John has been involved in secure communications for over 40. The past five years he has been focused on the emerging role of Industrial Operational Technology (IoTT) security. His background spans business startup to divisional responsibilities in multinational organizations. In the role of a contractor he has managed the Network Operations Center at the DIA to entire Federal agencies migrations. Mr. Dwyier has been involved in cyber security for over 25 years, having started with being involved with the FBI, NIST, and DIA cracking of the East German Hackers in the early 90s.

Jeff Johnston

Vice President of Business Development

With 20 years of experience in the security industry, Jeff has worked with Fortune 500 companies to provide insight and resolution to their most pressing issues. As the Global Vice President of Sales for a Multinational OEM manufacturer he successfully coordinated team sales efforts and delivered value across three continents. In this role, Jeff was exposed to a myriad different business models and scenarios which deepened his perspective. Jeff is also a certified and licensed sales trainer, bringing his experience and enthusiasm to a new generation of professionals.

Joe Lawn

Director of Channel Support and Co-founder

Joe is an IT professional with diverse experience in multiple aspects of the IT and OT arena. Joe’s experience working with both OEMs and large systems integrators provides him with a unique perspective on how to build win-win relationships through the sale of enterprise solutions. His proven track record in both mainframe sales and enterprise services to the US Federal Government offers our channel both strategies and results. Previous positions as manager, sales engineer, programmer, and technical instructor at both startups and large firms allow Joe to cover the spectrum of Channel Partners and their needs. Mr. Lawn holds a BS, and a patent in Semantic Analysis Modification Methodology.

David Russo

Manager and Co-founder

David has provided network engineering support to business and industry for over 25 years. His expertise is in managing technical personnel to accomplish IT projects and long-term support meeting clients’ diverse requirements. His extensive experience in all parts of small business operations provide David with the skill and experience to manage a team to provide monitoring services.
